FASS No-Drop Titanium 290G Fuel Pump

About This Product
Designed for the applications listed above, this No-Drop Titanium Signature Series system delivers 290 GPH of fuel flow for 1200–1500 HP builds. It replaces the factory fuel supply path with a dedicated lift pump, filtration, water separation, and air/vapor removal to provide a cleaner, more consistent fuel supply to the injection system.

Fuel Delivery & Filtration
A 2-micron absolute Microglass particulate filter and an Extreme Water Separator help remove fine debris and water before fuel reaches critical injection components. The fuel-air separation design removes entrained air and vapor, while Mass Flow Return sends unused fuel back through the filtration circuit and into the tank for continuous fuel conditioning.

Performance & Protection
Clean, de-aerated fuel helps reduce fuel-related stress on the injection pump and injectors. The higher-capacity flow rating supports the stated power range while helping maintain a steady supply of filtered fuel. Actual performance, fuel economy, and drivability results depend on vehicle condition, tuning, and supporting modifications.

Quiet, Serviceable Design
Whisper Technology and Performance Radius Cuts use smooth internal flow passages and closely controlled pump components to reduce restriction and aftermarket pump noise. Filters have an expected 30,000-mile service interval. FASS lists a 1,000,000+ mile motor-life target and supports registered systems with a limited lifetime warranty.

No-Drop Installation
The included 6061-T6 billet-aluminum Single Bolt Fuel Sump supplies the system from the bottom of the tank. Its single-opening design combines the pickup and return routing so the tank does not have to be removed during installation.

This kit includes the pump and filter base, particulate filter, water separator, vehicle-specific mounting hardware, wiring, plumbing, fittings, installation hardware, and the Single Bolt Fuel Sump.
