AirDog has engineered this system to remove water, particulates, vapor, and entrained air from diesel fuel. This lift pump and filter system is what your vehicle needs to deliver clean fuel to your engine.

When you upgrade the components and the performance of your diesel engine, it demands improved fuel flow. Higher fuel flows increase the vacuum at the fuel pump and agitation in the fuel tank. This results in additional air/vapor in the fuel system and prevents your engine from performing at its absolute best. In addition, air and vapor can cause galling and pitting of the injector barrel/plunger assembly and also tip erosion. The AirDog removes air in the fuel that could cause permanent damage to your injectors and prevents your engine from performing at the level it should. The AirDog also provides the fuel pressures and flow your diesel engine needs to reach its maximum level of performance.

This AirDog system features their traditional nonadjustable/high flow return base but integrates the 4G motor they have been utilizing for years with great success. By maintaining this base design, it enables AirDog to offer a budget-friendly system, with a very proven and reliable motor design.

The AirDog operates by pulling fuel from the fuel tank containing entrained air/vapor, particulate contaminates and unknown quantities of moisture. Fuel passes through the water separator that removes water and large particulate contaminates. Next, the fuel with only entrained air/vapor and tiny particulate contaminates remaining, enters the fuel pump. Under positive pressure flow, the fuel passes through the fuel filter and the remaining particulate contaminates are caught and contained, the entrained air/vapor is also separated and returned to the tank. The clean fuel then flows at the proper pressures up to your engine. Each kit includes plumbing, hardware, wiring harness, mounting bracket, and all components needed for installation.
