FASS No-Drop Titanium Signature Series PLUS 290G Fuel System

About This Product
Designed for the Dodge/Ram applications listed above, this no-drop titanium signature series plus delivers 290 GPH of fuel flow for 1200–1500 HP builds. It replaces the factory fuel supply path with a dedicated lift pump, filtration, water separation, and air/vapor removal to provide a cleaner, more consistent fuel supply to the injection system.

Fuel Delivery & Filtration
A 2-micron absolute Microglass particulate filter and an Extreme Water Separator help remove fine debris and water before fuel reaches critical injection components. The fuel-air separation design removes entrained air and vapor, while Mass Flow Return routes unused fuel through the filtration circuit and back to the tank for continuous fuel conditioning.

Performance & Protection
Clean, de-aerated fuel helps reduce fuel-related stress on the injection pump and injectors. The flow capacity supports the stated horsepower range while helping maintain a steady supply of filtered fuel. Actual performance, fuel economy, and drivability results depend on vehicle condition, tuning, and supporting modifications.

Quiet, Serviceable Design
Whisper Technology and Performance Radius Cuts use smooth internal flow passages and closely controlled pump components to reduce restriction and aftermarket pump noise. Filters have an expected 30,000-mile service interval. Registered systems are supported by a limited lifetime warranty.

Dodge/Ram-Specific Installation
The supplied vehicle-specific bracket, wiring, plumbing, and hardware are intended for the listed Dodge/Ram applications.

PLUS Series Hardware
The PLUS configuration adds O-Ring Boss connections, black-anodized 6061 aluminum fittings, and black fuel line for a clean installation with upgraded plumbing hardware.
